David Strebinger, Chief Executive Officer

- Serial entrepreneur with a history of successful exits.

- Founded his first company at 26 and sold it at 28

- Former President of a boutique Investment Firm in Vancouver, BC.

Mr. Strebinger has over 18 years of corporate development experience and an in depth understanding of the private equity and finance world. In 1999 David founded Infinity One Financial, a corporate development and investor relations firm that focused on aiding startup technology companies in acquiring and maintaining shareholders and developing online marketing and lead generation strategies.

In 2002, he successfully negotiated the sale of Infinity One to Vancouver based venture capital firm Jupiter Capital Ventures which David ran as President from 2002 to 2005.In 2005, he founded Caring Capital Corporation (a privately held Venture Capital company focused on funding and developing technology companies that are designed to positively impact society).

Today, David is President and CEO of Wantsa Media. As a founder and operating business owner, David works with the executive team on setting the direction and vision of Wantsa and creating a clear path for the companies success.

David has an in-depth knowledge of developing and running both private and public companies, fund raising, along with a vast experience in the online marketing, technology and mobile industries. David was educated at UBC with minor in Economics and major in Psychology.

David lives between Vancouver and San Francisco with his wife, Chelsea.  He is well-regarded as a ‘thought leader’, creative puzzle solver, and leads by example.

Donald Kirkwood, Chairman and Chief Operations Officer

- Successfully founded, built and sold AXON for 700+ million dollars in 2008

- Expert in operations and growth through consolidation & acquisitions

- Consults to several technology and property development companies.

Donald was educated in the United Kingdom, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Birmingham. He has worked in sales and project management for both a major oil company and a major consulting firm.

In 1995 he co‐founded the Axon Group, a management consulting company, and served on its board of directors after it was taken public on the London Stock Exchange.

Donald was the driving force behind the incredible growth and expansion of the operations of AXON. Axon grew through numerous acquisitions and a consolidation of the SAP consulting industry that Donald and his Co-founders instigated. The company was sold in 2008 for just over $700M dollars.

Until early 2008 Rob was the National President of DDB Canada (formerly Palmer Jarvis DDB) – Canada’s most awarded and most creative advertising agency.

Today Rob helps lead and develop the overall marketing strategy and set the foundation for Wantsa’s expansion and growth. Rob’s in depth understanding of major enterprise account management has helped open doors and close accounts with many large institutions and enterprises.

Rob is particularly skilled at analysing go to market strategies and the structural implications of such strategies for any client. At DDB, Rob was recognized as the driving force behind development of their online division “Tribal DDB” which now drives a good portion of the company’s revenue.
